Whether you're a student juggling assignments or a professional seeking more structure, our program offers the guidance and accountability needed to make real progress toward your goals.

Format

  • Duration:  A 2-month program with weekly 75 - minute sessions over Zoom​

  • Interactive Sessions:  Includes a combination of discussions, practical strategies, and micro-coaching (one-on-one guidance during group sessions).

  • Community Access: Stay connected between sessions through a private Discord group for encouragement and accountability.

  • Interactive Sessions: Designed for ADHD including discussions, practical strategies, and micro-coaching tailored to the group’s needs.

  • Founder's Rate: $200 per month for 2 months (limited-time introductory pricing; subject to change for future groups).

This program is designed for individuals with ADHD who:

  • Struggle with starting or completing tasks, meeting deadlines, or staying organized in their daily life.

  • Feel stuck trying to build consistent routines and want practical tools to make life more manageable.

  • Are ready to better understand their ADHD and how it impacts their motivation, focus, and emotional well-being.

  • Want to develop confidence in tackling challenges and taking meaningful steps toward personal or professional goals.

  • Seek peer support and accountability in a welcoming environment.

  • Are older teens or adults seeking practical strategies in a collaborative setting.

 

Groups will be organized based on shared priorities and goals, and whenever possible, by similar ages or life stages (e.g., students, professionals, parents).  The program is designed to create supportive and relatable connections for everyone.
